Health and Safety
Barconn takes its health and safety responsibilities seriously. We are committed to providing a safe working environment for our workforce as well as those who come into contact with us. That's why we have invested substantially in training and in ensuring that our staff fully understand their health and safety responsibilities.
Our Health and Safety Manager, Mike Errington, of independent consultants MSM, has many years experience working in the construction sector. He is responsible for developing our Health and Safety policies and for ensuring a thorough Risk Assessment is made of each contract we undertake.
MSM carries out regular site visits to ensure all Health and safety requirements are met as well as carrying out regular briefings to staff to ensure they are fully aware of changes in legislation or working practices. MSM are currently training a Barconn employee to take responsibility for providing a safe workplace.
