Spencer Connett
After many years groundworks contracting experience, Spencer Connett and Tony Barker formed Barconn. The company has grown under their expert stewardship and now has over 50 Civil Engineering and Groundwork contracts running.
Antony Barker
Tony developed TBL Concrete into one of Norfolk's largest independent concrete companies. Tony was also a groundworker and decided to pool his expertise with Spencer Connett to form Barconn in 2001.
Lee Mansfield
Joined Barconn in 2002 after many years working in the groundworks and civil engineering sector. Lee has played a major role in the steady growth of the company and in 2006 received recognition for his efforts by being appointed an Associate Director.
